This is an example of the last tutorial of my undergraduate social statistics course. It contains both the "lecture" and "homework" components of the module.
This is an example of the last lab assignment of my undergraduate social statistics course. Students apply their new statistical knowledge gained from the previous tutorial and analyze real world data using R.
Students will demonstrate their new statistical skills in conducting quantitative research.
ASSIGNMENTS
The objective for this assignment is for students to learn how to critically evaluate evidence in the media. It can be adapted for any content course and students pick their own sub-topic of interest to generate personal interest and motivation.
Students learn how to determine key content in course material. They also collaboratively create a study review guide by sharing their created quiz questions with classmates.
